About the Author

​

Lee Hee-Woo

He graduated from the Air Force Academy and he was in the sky as an F-5 fighter pilot. He I also received a Ph.D. in Aeronautical Engineering from Arizona State University.  After much effort in developing the Air Force's T-50 aeroplane, he was discharged as a brigadier general from the Korean Air Force. 

​

He is currently the CEO of drone manufacturing company KEVA Drone Co. Ltd, a visiting professor at the Korea Aerospace Research Institute, and a director at the 

Chungnam National University General Military System Research Institute. 

​

Also, as President of the World Paper Aeroplane Association, he has launched the “World Paper Aeroplane Competition for Peaceful Reunion and World Peace”.
